Toc Xmas Party

I'm pleased to announce the inaugral Toyota Owners Club Christmas Party!

Held on 6th December, we have booked The National Motorcycle Museum, Birmingham, as a venue. Well used to hosting corporate events and events for the motortrade, they will be treating us to:

* 3-course menu, and crackers, hats etc

* DJ/Disco

* Plentiful bar open 'til late

* Discounted rooms at a local, very nice, hotel

As an added service to TOC members, we shall be organising security to ensure our pride and joys stay safe.

The price for the TOC Christmas Party is £35 per person. Hotel rooms are available at £60 for a single and £70 for a double room (hotel accommodation is optional and just their for your convienience)

We are now taking deposits to secure your place at the party and, if needed, the hotel room. The deposit for the party is £20 per person (non-refundable After Aug 31st). Please post here if you are likely to require a hotel room.

All are welcome! Please come along and help us celebrate a successful year for the Toyota Owners Club.

Here is the hotel website http://www.manorhotelmeriden.co.uk/ . We have chosen a nice hotel for members to stay in. The rooms we have booked are limited so if you would like to stay in the same hotel as all the other members then please let us know.

We shall lay on security depending on the amount that stay in the hotel. We think that is 15 - 20 cars turn up then we shall arrange this. I also have to check the security of the hotel car park as this may not be required.

The Bar will be open till 2am for us (better than your usual 11.30 stuff)

I shall be creating special forms for you to complete when we have the menus/ This will then need to be completed by you for you and your spouse/friend.

We have booked this event as a minimum of 120 people. We cannot go any less than 120.

Please Give us feedback as we need to get 120 people by the end of August or this Xmas do is toast!
