Fog Light Bulbs On A Ts

Folks - havent needed to do this before ...

How do I replace the bulbs in the front fogs of the t-sport (phase 1). Does the black surround pop out or unscrew or something similar?

they come out from the front but held in by 1 screw/bolt at the back of them, the black surround does just pull off but pull it straight forward
