i've just put a uk 160mph speedo into my tubby (finally) and it works a treat - also added stef derner's delimiter which i will be fully testing on a private road later :D , however...

now my boost guage isnt working?

i dont mind too much cos i will be getting another one - omori etc. but im curious as to why it doesnt anymore?

could it be because the boost guage picks up a signal from the original kph speedo?

i dont believe i've plugged in the power leads incorrectly as ive had them on and off and check that they click true.

any ideas peeps?

standard one in the dash fella.

logically it must be a loose connection when i plugged everything back in, but im hoping for another answer cos i cant be bothered taking it all apart again.

no, i took the uk speedo out of the uk instrument cluster (binnacle) and placed it into the jap binnacle.

didnt touch the boost guage fella, so it wont be that problem.

it must be a loose connection (he hopes...... )
