Hello, I know I'm a newbie, and it's not very nice to start on a thread like this!! I'll have a look round in a bit.

Anyone want my dads MK III NA?

The MOT and tax has run out, and he was told to remove it from the road, I don't know if he's declared SORN or not. So it's now parked on our drive at home.

I think it needs brake pads changing (included with car), and some other bits like rear number plate light and driver window switch (both also included).

It's on my mums drive now and she's moaning saying she's gonna go and dump it down the beach (even though she can't drive!!!).

I think they're having troubles, and TBH I don't really care just don't want the hassle myself, so need to get rid of it asap. Obviously that's tricky without a towtruck or something!!!

Anyone have any ideas? It's a free car if anyone wants it. He drove it here (bout 13 miles) so it's still OK to drive just not exactly legal to drive!!! I haven't driven it so don't know the exact state of the brakes just that they'd fail an MOT.
