Not A Good Day To Buy A Soop.

Just got back from having a look at a 'bargain' mk3 N/A , which turned out to be a TURBO!!!!! Worse thing i`ve seen in a while. Some people have no idea of what good condition is. Looked like it had been sat behind a griting lorry and needed a lot doing to it. Oh well.... And just to add insult to injury i got back home just in time to miss a cheapy on eBay.. Tho that may have been a blessing in disguise. Guess i`ll just have to bide my time.

the actual engine seemed fine. The oil was cleanish too. But the turbo was a bit too whinny for my liking. Pulled well tho. :D just let down by a neglected body and scruffy dirty interior. Oh well :D Think it must be Karma.:lol:

Unfortunately though, that is a mk4.

It also has a hideous bodykit and a laughable spoiler.

We are talking about mk3s.

You are right there buddy. Some people when they say that it's in good condition they honestly think that its in good nick. But as for a car enthusiast we can spot rubbish a mile away and will walk away from all the crappy examples out there. Never mind mate keep on looking and you will come across the perfect motor ;)
