An Odd Tingly Rattle

Ok, i have discovered a rather odd sound which seems to be coming from the passenger side front wheel. It's mainly apparant below 30mph... but any uneven surface and you can hear it badly at these speeds.

Its a stange metal tiingling sound... like a lose exhaust or something. Iv checked all the nuts around that rea, iv wobbled the suspension around a bit and still nothing. Only thing i can think off is that it's to do with the brakes. They desperatly need changing (only pads i think) could this be the cause??

Any help for a solution would be great!

Oh, car's going in for 3rd year service & 1st MOT on friday, so if i can go in armoured with some advice it'll help with getting it sorted under warranty!
