Welsh And Southern Convoy To Jae

I couldn't find a post for the Welsh and Southern folk to convoy to JAE and with only 6 weeks left until the main event I thoguht I'ld create one early so we can arrange a proper convoy....

I was thinking of the Welsh crew meeting up somewhere like Cardiff Gate services before heading off to meet the southern crew somewhere along the M4 before heading up the A34 to the Pear Tree Services of the A34 where a load of people normally meetup around oxford before heading up and possibly meeting others no the way....

I'm up for an early;ish start to meet the others, anyone else up for it ??????

We're heading up on the friday, but wont be leaving bristol til about 8am as we need to get Lu to nursery (as dads having her for the weekend woohoo!!)

So if you guys are going to be about, we'll tag along :D

If rach can't leave Bristol until 8, prolly a good idea to meet at the services just after you in Chippy at a time Rach can meet us there and anyone else which I'm guessing means leavnig Cardiff at about 7, lol guessing I'm going to be the only welsh one then :D :D :D

The services outside chippenham would be good for us. Should be able to get there by about 8.30, traffice depending! :D

just be warned - the site doesnt open until the friday, and I dont know what time you can access (the venue is different to billing)...

Had a chat with Ken who said shouldn't arrive before 3...

If we arrange to meet at the services outside chippy at 11am, that'll give us all a load of time to get things together and get upto Oxford services before getting up to any other meeting points along the way :D :D

Cool am working out the times this weekend as doing the trip to go see the folks, will put up some lists and departure points next week :D

Think he just wants to dirve up slowly to make sure he doesnt muck up anything on the car, so I guess we'll see you up there guys :(
