Name & Shame Bad/Rogue Dealers, Cheaters, Money Makers out Your Skin & Stop them Operating.

Please share your experience here & only add the dealer name so that the next member can benefit. Thank you for your cooperation. Dr KOK.

I have given this dealer 1 year to repair the wrongs he has done but instead he is trying to resolve issue he passed it on to his lawyer. Instead of correcting his rubbish dealing practises he prefers to spent money on lawyer to save his skin. It is not going to work. BBC Watch Dog is investigating at present.

He will cheat you. He will not fulfil what he promises. He will ignore you soon as you complete the payment. He is arrogant, rude above all ignorant and money driven.

I can not say about the car he is going to sell to you but mine came with 20 different faults and defect and cost me more than £1500.

• Wrong/False documents (MOT, DVLA, and Warranty),

• Wrong description of the vehicle (no ABS, different colour and 2 wheel drive)

• Serious defects in safety (break discs, pads, shock absorbers, tyres, timing belt, and seatbelt).

There are tones to write but this is enough. The importance of this side is to provide the dealer and his main wrong doings. Good luck I have learned my lesson but you don’t have to learn from a difficult and expensive way.

Hi DRKOK

Can't add any comments about your particular dealer, but I am sure I might have run into his brother in Devon. I bought my 1995 Lucida Estima last October for £5,500 from CARS FOR LESS in Barnstable, which should be re-named :censor: ers can't care less. This particular bunch of muppets work on the principle of finding the right car for you, thus releasing you from the stress & strains of buying a vehicle, and all for just £100 deposit. What I did not realise is that those stress & strains would appear later with the :censor: aftercare service that Can't Care Less offer.

No1: Was Promised to have Vehicle Licensed and ready for Family Holiday.

Outcome: Vehicle turned up 2 wks later, hired Minibus for £500 to go on Holiday.

No2:Vehicle sent back for interior light not working, central locking not working,

strange noise from rear of vehicle, and key did not lock vehicle on remote.

Outcome: Noise sorted and nothing else. But they did valet the outside, my first of 12 free valet that I can get within the year :lol: .

No3: I realy hit the jackpot with this one, less than one month down the line the Tempreture gauge went off the scale and grey smoke filled up my local Highstreet, like the Flying Scotsman in a tunnel. Fearing the worst I just headed for the nearest garage, my fear's were confirmed Cracked Head, Broken Piston Rings, Cracked Radiator etc: etc, cost £1,600.

Outcome: On Telephoning Careless I was greeted with "Why did you not bring it to us". Well I live in Ilfracombe 12 miles from Barnstable and trailing smoke halfway across the Devon Countrside just did not appeal to me. I can't say what I actually said for fear of being chucked off this sight.

To date relations between CFS are strained and as you can tell I am very bitter about the whole experience. Good luck with Watchdog DRKOK :thumbsup: and as you can see your not alone, and as I am originally from Romford I just might have bought my Lucy from MSN Motors :help: .
