measure the intake pipe diameter, purchase samco hosing to suit or get a S/S bend made up at an exhuast specialist.

i was going to but the intake pipe has the iat sensor in it.

if you remove the box and pipe connecting it to the carb you will see it has a sensor pluged into the pipe.

so i need one to fit my car.

Take my advice and do not buy a cheap and nasty filter off eBay from the states.

The air filter's are poorly made with cheap materials and it's filtration properties will be terrible and not keep out the dirt and particles that a K&N or similar filter will do. Your K&N and Pipercross filters etc etc are made from high quality materials and you pay for what you get.

The cheap filters on eBay will not last as long and in fact will cause more harm then good in the long run.

kev at the mo in running a cheapy so im now going the whole hog and spending around £250.0 on the kit and ive used them before so that i know im getting to dogs.

i just need the size i may just buy a cheap universal and then use the rubber rings downsize to fit the viper. and cover my original pipe with a metal sleave as i cannot replace as i said before it holds the IAT sensor.

unless i can have one made to fit but it will be costly.
