Toyota Ipsum (picnic)

I have a 1996 Ipsum import... lovely car, I've had it for about 3 years and it's the best car I've ever owned. Because it's an import, it has lots of extras you don't get on the UK Picnic, like a reversing tv camera and 5 proximity sensors for parking... tv screen as part of the CD/radio/cassette hi fi system... however I would like to buy a caravan and therefore I need to fit a towbar. I took it to a towbar fitter who said he wasn't too sure as it didn't have the molded bolts on the chassis that a Picnic has, so he was loathe to proceed. I was wondering if anyone can advise me if it is possible to fit a 'Picnic' towbar to the Ipsum? or if in fact anyone has an Ipsum with a towbar fitted?

Hi there - I know its a long time ago, but for anyone who is interested.. I have a Picnic, and bought it with a tow bar, have pulled a big tent tailor all over U.K no problems. It ROCKS! Don't see why you couldn't have one fitted too!?
