Im In The Wrong Business!

I tell ye, they must be raking it in at my local dealer! £153 for 30k service & MOT. Granted, that ain't too bad, but they havn't actually done anything apart from some blue grease on my door hinges and the negative Battery terminal (oh, and all over the edges of the bonnet and doors from their hands :ffs: )

Other than that, they haven't done anything that i can see/tell!

They did try charging me £4.95 for screenwash which i'd filled up before i took it down, and they've spilled coolant all over the front of the engine. Absolute bunch of cowboys! Plus, they ring me, i take 25mins to get there and i have to wait for paperwork.

20mins later dippy tart comes back... with my keys and says the technicians just testing for the rattle you said on our devices. What device can detect a knocking and rattling coming from the passenger front wheel arch that happens when going over rough surfaces between 5-40mph without the engine running?!?!!

Liars, bunch of liars!!

My car ain't going back there again... i'll get it serviced at a proper place, somwhere when you look through the MOT window you don't see 5 technicians who can't be older than 18 playing darts into a bit of wood that's about 3ft from an avensis, a landcruiser and an MR2!!

Rant over! :ffs:

Didn't you get a completed check list and itemised bill of all work done? I know I did when I took my old Baby in for service and MOT. That's because I'm clever. :P

Yeah... so clever I paid for all that then bought a new car less than two months later.
