Knocking From From Of Car

I have a JDM Gen 5 GTR. Untill recently everything was fine, but a knocking started coming from the front of the car when I had the TEMS set to soft, but it wouuld stop when I set it to sport mode and it went to medium. Then a few days ago it started knocking when the TEMS was set to medium as well as soft.

Took it to a local garage this morning, they took it out for a spin, heard the knocking, but when they got back to the garage to investigate they could find no evidence of anything that would cause the knocking.

It is tempremental, does it sometimes and then stops, other times it will go on for a while, and keep knocking.

I thought it could be the ARB Bushes as a few people on here have said about them, but the garage said they were fine!!!!

Does anyone here have any ideas on what it could be???????
