Dead Rav 4 Needs Help

Hi

I have a 1998 Rav 4x4 2.0L (USA model) and have a problem. Most of the

electrics have given up. The engine runs and the full beam headlights

illuminate and interior lights, but thats about it. No dash lights,

indicators, brake lights, radio, wipers...etc. I've checked the fuses under

the hood and in the foot well visually and all seem OK.

Any suggestions greatfully recived.

i'd beep out all the fuses with a meter, other than that i've got no idea i'm afraid.
