Rmoval Of Rear Bumber From 2002 Previa

Got back to my parked 2002 Previa the other day and found that some nice person had hit my rear bumper (fender), causing it to slightly cave in over a small area. Tried pushing it out with my thumb, and then piece of wood and hammer, but the bumper just wobbles about.

I need to remove the bumper, so that I can put it onto something firm, e.g. work bench, and try knocking out the dent out again.

So my questions is, does anybody know how to remove the rear bumper?

I do not have a workshop manual. I am in the UK and the most popular publisher of workshop manuals here - Haynes, do not produce one for the Previa. Does anybody know where I can get hold of a workshop manual for a UK spec 2002 Previa?
