Anyone Driven A Fto?

I was looking at an FTO V6 at an import garage on Sat with a friend who whats to buy 1. Has anyone driven 1 or know much about them?? :hokus-pokus:

yes mate, not bad looking but thats a personal thing, but they hold the road great round the twisty bits but dont expect any more performance than a corolla with filter and xorst ! LOL...

a good friend of mine had one and could only manage .5 of sec faster on the Strip but i was carrying a lot of extra weight including a spare lorry Battery in the boot !!! :D

got nicknamed ft-slow !

yeah quite fun not that quick, but make sure you get a manual one! :D :D

have a look at newerathey have a couple of good models

:thumbsup: my mate was going to get one but once he drove a celica gt4 the FTO was out of the picture :lol:

the v6 is very nice. and yeah they do handle well, although the one i drove had taken some abuse but still kept its ground.

think the gt4 would b quicker though.

why dnt ur friend jus get a EVO now thats a quick mo fo

anything after the evo 6 is fugly though, plus hold there value very well so need 20k+ to buy a good one.

the gto's can be picked up cheaper....
