This is not unusual behavior of a dealer. To work out the mileage in the future you just take the difference from now to the mileage it was on and add the original mileage (whatever those km's are in miles)

Not worth the hassle, best to leave it alone

On a side note, the dash is straightforward to take apart. No need for instructions, just undo any screws you can see and eventually it all comes out

alright matey, don't know if this is any use but i just ordered a set of amazing stainless steel dials for my mkiv supra from a place called Thor Racing. cost £120 for the dials which are in mph and all the emergency icons like doors open etc. You can choose as many backlight colours as you like iwent for electric red to match the car. obviously the more you have the more it costs. price seems high but must be seen to be believed.

As for fitting them, you just undo the 5 screws at the tope of the dash, and pull that part away, removing the 3 electric connections. you need to remove the ashtray, then the section containing the gear lever. Once ya done this the rest all pops out. a couple of screws sees the clear plastic covers on your gauges removed, then carefully remove the needles, noting thier location. best way is to take a picture, and fill the car with juice before hand so at least you know how much fuel is in them. the old dials come out, pop out the old stops, I glued them carefully to the new dials, place on the colour backing and fit your dials. You do need to remove the green bulb covers from the bulbs in the dash so you get the best colour effect. easy enough, just a few screws and ease the gauges forward nd rotate them sideways. in good old haynes fashion; fitment is reverse of removal! just gotta wait for night time.

In total takes about 1-2hours to do properly without messing things up

Thor racing website is www.thor-racing.co.uk

if ya want a piccy i can post one before you buy
