Yaris Headunit

hi guys, i was wondering if anyone knew how to connect an amp to the factory phase 2 yaris headunit, there are no aux outs on the back of it. how would i connect also?

You need a amp that has 'high level' inputs, which means that you use the speaker output wires (splice existing ones or buy the extra adaptor and splice that to save your wiring). Run the 4 (?? not sure) speaker wires to your amp and violia!

splicing? relaying off the Speakers? i have an amp with high level but its a socket with 6 pins, where do i connect the wires to?

I started of using the high level input on my firsy yaris but the sound was poo and there was interference(sp?) with the revs!

You are better of just upgrading the standard unit to one with the phono outputs!
