Minor T-sport Mods Done... Pics!

Well, I finally got around to doing some work on the car... added some much needed sound insulation, fittet 35mm Vogtland springs and my JDM VRS Yaris strut... :)

first a couple of pics of my summer-workplace:

don't have pics of the back of the car but similar insulation was added at the rear and the sides - the only part left without insulation is the rear hatch and the doors... I still get some roadnoise because I took out my backseats and the rear hatch lets everything in... but the car does feel more solid... :)

springs:

the car looks very similar but it did get lowered at the front by 1,5cm... Vogtland springs take around a week to settle so I guess it will get lower in a couple of days... :) cornering is much better... :)

strut:

a rare bit for a yaris and I ahve never seen any other car with one of these... ;)

I'll be getting a set of Toyo tyres next week and my newly restored 16" wheels will be fitted... will put up pics when that happens... :thumbsup:

Nice one mate!

I want a workshop like that to work on my car, I took my door panels off today and it started to rain slightly! :angry:

Anyway, its lookin good and I agree about the road noise, its intrusive in my car and its only a 1 litre! :thumbsup:

Springs don't seem to have made much of a difference but as you said we should see in a week or so when they have settled! :D

That's what we call an internal combustion engine.. most cars on the road these days have one.. not as rare as you think :P
