1991 Corolla Gti Spray Paint

Hi everyone,

I have a 1991 J-Reg GTi Corolla in metalic grey. Due to its age etc.. I would like to get some Spray Paint to touch up round a few areas. Does anyone know where you can get Toyota Spray Paint for a 14 year old car?? Or is a matter of finding something close as possible. Any help would be great, cheers.

You've got that 'gun metal' colour, yes?

I think this is still available from Toyota main dealer (which is more than can be said for my 'mica blue met, which they discontinued a few years back).

Halfords do mix paint to all paint codes...suposidly, but they have been having problems and some centres have discontinued it (they tried to mix some as a 'touch up/stone chip' brush kit for my blue GTi and it was purple!!!).

I also think it is availabe from Car plan sprays but again colour match is hit or miss.

get yourself to a proper motor factors like Brown Brothers, Movac, etc they'll mix you up a spray can (about £15) if thats all you want or a couple of litres if your going to paint it properly (£25) of the correct colour.

Yes its the gun metal colour.
