Front Bumper Damage

Hi there,

I am just looking for a bit of advice.

I somehow managed to lightly caress a post while parking :( doh!!.

There is a slight dent in the bumper which is hardly noticable and I don't think there anything I can do about it unless I get a new one.

There is a however a small vertical crack in the paintwork on the bumper and some white paint from the post still on the bumper.

Can anyone suggest what options I have open to me to minimise the crack in the paint work and remove the white paint.

Thanks in advance.

t-cut to get any of the white paint of...

i used a load on my wing mirror when that got hit, that now has a large crack in it but is not very visable unless you know its there.

if its like a hairline crack, once you have t-cutted it the visability of the crack should be limited and most people won't notice that its there, as this happened with me.

Can you recommend where can I get this t-cut. Sorry but I have never heard of it before.

Halfords for the t-cut, should be about £6-£7

Any decent bodyshop will be able to repair the crack and re paint your bumper for you too,

total cost to do this wouldn't be anymore than £100
