Supra Is "kangarooing"

how doos fellow supra owners. i got myself a veilside kitted mkiv 6spd manual TT :D and i am having some problems, :( wondering if you guys might be able to help.

done some of the BPU mods, the latest is the Greddy boost cut controller set exactly at 4.3v

The problem im having is when the second turbo kicks in the boost goes to 'bput 12-13psi then the wastegate opens releasing the pressure, acceleration stops momenterely then boost picks up and the cycle continues, thus the car kangaroos down the road. This all happens even though im still acclelerating and nowhere near the redline.

does anybody have any clue whats going on. Im due to get the apexi AVC-r controller fitted next week. will this help?

any advice would be greatly appreiciated as this is beginning to get on my t*ts!cheers

That sounds very similar to boost cut, but out of interets when were your spark plugs last changed ?

yes it does sound like boost cut... It maybe over boosting from a boost leak, or simply too much boost check that out!

knock you BCC back a notch.. 4.3 volts is borderline boost cut..

[cheers for the help, it was the bcc afterall. id set it to 4.31v, knocked it bcak to 4.3 and everything is sweet. cheers maties
