Help -- My Back Seats Won't Fold Down

hey ya'll, i'm having problems trying to replace my rear Speakers -- i've removed all the pins from in the trunk, but i'm guessing there's some screws or pins at the top behind the back seat, but my back seat is stuck, it won't fold down!! I have pulled both cords as hard a possible, i have unscred the little plastic panel surrounding both "locks" from inside the trunk and made sure they were pushed up as far as they could go (unlock), yet still nothing! any suggestions???

use a sledge hammer

hehe, sorry, dunno, try removing the trim around the trunk and inside, maybe the seat is caught on something
