I didn't opt for many forums because when I did similar posts to advertise my Megaboost meets at Elvington I had a problem with an RX8 owner who called me a spammer because I didn't have any other input on the list afterwards.

I emailed the admins for several forums and asked them to post for me, so far we've got GTO, FTO, RX7, DC2, DC5, Skyline, Supra, RX8, 350Z and others.... a rough estimate right now would be 'a fair few', there is also someone from one of the forums called 'hoyle' who has cut and pasted my email into various places so the word is out, it should be fun

they have that piece of land opposite them though which they open for people to park, and fits quite a few car in there

They are pleased to have us and are looking forward to us turning up and have given us a designated area in there large car park

The best way to go is up the a1m because you go on a road that is absolutely mental which takes you into sherburn, cant remember what its called but its a great road!!!

If you go through castleford you get to go on some high speed country roads, fansatic

Its the turning off the m62 north on the m1 then it turns into the a1m and cant remember the jct number but you come off a few jcts up there before you join the a1 itself. hard to explain but easy when driving

So you dont have to go to the a1/m62 roundabout?

no hence its quicker for me to go that way, either that go up the a64 towards york

well all i can say regarding the designated carpark is that you will get 30- 40 cars if you all park in the spaces correctly

the overflow across the road is on rough ground okay for std height cars the lowered ones however will get alot of scrapage.

One last thing every day for the past few weeks the police have been on the sherburn road with a speed trap its a 40 Zone from the old A1 one to Squires so be warned if you get caught LOL TOUGH its your own fault :P:P

The overflow aint that bad just as long as your careful, my cars lowered and i didnt get any scapage when i went

And i thought that sherburn might have alot of cops around due to that biker dying, so yeah good advice....be careful!!

I go to squires on the bike....don't go on a wed....there is a lot of road works still around that area....you want the second exit after the M62 on the A1 north heading for brotherton tadcaster....if you miss that exit then come of at the next sliproad then A1south next sliproad then head for tadcaster-sherburn.
