Avensis Called For Replacement Of Brake Pipeline

I have just received a letter from Toyota Romania saying that Toyota is inviting owners of the new Avensis to the service in order to replace the vacuum pipeline of the break pump. (sorry if my English translation is not accurate - I hope you know what I mean)

Has anyone got a similar invitation?

Mine is an Avensis d-4d, built in 2004.
