hey ho!

so what's the plan for it then? let me guess, it needs new wheelarch extensions, the handbrake is crap, front wings are bubbling, sunroof is bubbling, tailgate is bubbling....

how many so far :P

what colour is it? always good to have someone else with an AE82 on here (and if you do ever needs bits, give waqar a call - my car now wears several items bought from him :D )

Yeah you know it. Have just got it thru the MOT, would have passed first time except for the welding!!!! 270 squids later!!!!! :censor:

All sorted now so just the cosmetics left.

Have done some work on the arches, with trusty filler until I can get hold of replacements. Only a tiny bit to do on the sunroof tho, rest of it not too bad.

Am missing some plastics from the bumpers, back left and front right, how hard are they to get hold of!!!!! Any ideas???? :help:

Do you know of a good place to get these tuned, as I think mine maybe a touch out!

Is a great car tho. Its a keeper! :D

Plans for it......

Well, i want to keep it looking pretty original, as its most amusing when people pull up at the lights thinking it aint all that..... ooh the fun!!!! :D

Will, prob get some nice alloys, tidy it up a bit, trick out the inside, but will try and just keep it looking standard. Having a sleeper is always such fun!! :)

Like I said, need to get it tuned abit, as Im thinking it still has more on offer than its giving me.

if you mean one of the little mudguards, they're quite difficult to get hold of - toyota don't make them any more, and they're always one of the 1st things removed from scrappers (if u can ever find a scrapper - i haven't in 2 years!). the same goes for the front bumper trims. waqar probably has some though

always the best way. any decent place you know of should be able to give it a tune up. a good service will probably help as well

Hi mate welcome, you've got a cracking motor, good to see more peeps with the addiction, well under estimated cars I think but if you think back when these cars were new what was out their then? the AE86 RWD came out in 83! I don't think any one else had a 16v motor out back then

Good luck with the restoration, it'll be worth every penny because they are bullet proof and great fun
