If you mean TRD, that stands for Toyota Racing Developments. Yes you can adjust them yourself. Depending on what you actually have fitted..The dampers may have a knob on tob with 3 or 4 positions ranging from soft to hard. And the spring rate can be adjusted by moving the sdjustable collar up or down the threaded portion of the strut.

After finding out my front top mounts have been knackered whilst fitting the new shocks, I phoned Fensport today getting some uprated ones. But it seems TRD ones are obselete, does any one know of any other suppliers, rather than going genuine toyota?

Also, after 122,000 miles, im guessing it would be a good idea to replace the bearings as well :)

I have a 1997 AT200
