Help! New Celica With Holes In The Front Bumper!

Hey everyone!

Just got my first car a few days ago, a 2000 silver GT Celica. I'm in love, but there is one thing that I need help with. I bought the car in New Jersey, and they have to have license plates on the front, but in PA we don't. This leaves me with having to find something to cover up these holes with some type of front plate. I saw a picture of a Celica with a long plate on the front that said CELICA. It was just on the bumper and didn't go below, where would I get something like this? I need a good cover up that doesn't look cheap. Help!

probably be better to have the holes filled and sprayed?? Then if you do ever go anywhere that needs plates just use self adhesive plates
