Does anyone know how the wiper motor of a MKII can be replaced?

I have a new motor but how can the wiper arm be disconnected from the motor?

As no one will tell you I will

First you have to take the black plastic piece off, then take out the bolts that

hold the wiper link to the body, then you take the bolts out that hold old motor to the body. Now you can move the old motor out by about 4 " you will see a10mm(?) nut which holds the link bar to the motor, make a note of the angle of the bar on the old motor so you can put it back in the same place on the new one.

Hope this helps.. B)

Replaced the motor and the switch and still no good.....

The wipers only operate in high speed and they stop as soon as I lift the switch one position.

Any one good ideas?
