Avensis Verso/ipsum Accessories To Europe

Unfortunatly the available versions in Europe are very "poor" on equipment, and I'm look for a way of geting some "add-ins" to my Avensis Verso. I've contact, the local dealer, the european headquarters, the japanese client center, and all simply say, that's not possible: unvailable! Why??? I wan't side skirts, cruise control, digital automatic AC comands, etc... Can anyone help me on this?
