Swapping Seats &wheels

Please help, new 4x4 owner.I have a 97 toyota hilux double cab with rubbish seats ,could anyone tell me if the seats from a surf would fit if so would i also need to change the seat brackets? WHEELS ,would 15" surf wheels fit my hilux which runs 16" as standard. One last thing!would the side steps of a surf fit my double cab. thanks for looking hope any of you can help.
