Rear Wobble Steer Thing Fixed!

Took her in to get the hand brake sorted and the strange rear wheel steer thing my MR2 has been doing for a while,

1 x Track Control Arm - £73.56

1 x Handbrake Cable - £25.00

1 x Wheel Bearing - £45.00

1 x Hub Carrier Assembly - £144.77

2 x Stabiliser Link Rods - £110.00

Parts £391.33

Labour £200.00

VAT £103.48

BILL £694.81 !!!!!!!!!

Parts are so expensive! God I havent even got my engine yet!

At least she drives in a straight line now tho :P

ooooo pricey, when i had rear wobble it turned out to be the rear anti roll bar bushes.... but only realised this after replacing rear shocks however it only cost me about £200 to sort :)

Jappy, Well done for sorting your car, but a short trip down the M1 to Northampton could have saved you arround £300.00 ;)

PM me for details on the ex-toyota Mechanic I use and recommend for all MR2 work :thumbsup: He can source parts (OEM, OEM equivalent or aftermarket) a lot cheaper than the main dealer will and his labour rates are extremely competitive.
