V6 In Ra23?

Do you think it would be possible to take a camry V6 and bolt on another tranny (for rwd), turn it 90 degrees and then dump it in the enginebay on my ra23?

As mat said, all jobs are possible :) , thinking about what you have in mind, the V6 is a wide engine so exhausts are goint to be a problem, so will the steering box as it will get in the way of the sump pan.

Other things to consider, the V6 was only fitted to two models in the UK, the Camry FWD and the japanese import Hilux, this being a 4wd box is going to give you extra problems.

The most popular conversion for the RA23 is the twincam from the GT model, all you have to do is fine one, now very very rare :( ...good luck.

i have seen a ford v6 in a ra23. i put a rover v8 in a ta22.i think your best option is a 2tg or a 18rg with all the running gear.remember a 18rg wont fit the 18r gearbox.
