That line is part of a song sung in the film.

The actual song in the film is adapted from a 1968 song written by one of the most prolific singer/songwriters of all time.

The song has been covered by at least 3 bands in it's time and of course the lyrics were changed for use in this particluar film in which a young lady sung it.
