Hks Turbo

Apparently its dead easy to fit, I have someone to fit it for me but just no turbo! :(

What do you mean - no turbo?

A guy I know who is a Toyota mechanic says he'll fit my turbo for me but I need to actually buy the HKS turbo but I haven't puchased it yet cos I'm poor and can't afford the insurance! :(

Maybe in a couple of years though!

fitting the turbo should not be a problem, the FCON and ECU is the only bit i`d be worried about

the standard 1.0 5 door is 975 KG and a TS is 1005KG, so as standard mine is lighter but i taped on a few extra bit so i`d say mine is heavyer plus i`d have Turbo Lag.

From what you said in the email. Do you think if I got hold of an ECU from a 1999-2001 yaris from scrap and fitted it to mine it would work?

Thanks

Nat

the turbo probably so small that you wouldnt get much lag, i though yaris t sport weighted 960kgs?
