Started filling the boot with stuff for you-know-where and while I was doing it, thought I'd tidy up the cabin!

Found:

16 carrier bags - different varieties, mainly Co-Op and Tescos!

2 empty water bottles

Road Atlas

Bagpuss

Contact Lens Solution

Gym membership form

empty box of Tampax Compact (well, it is made to go un-noticed! lol)

a Stapler (dont ask! lol)

Scarf

Moisturiser

Nail Varnish (no I dont do my nails while I drive!)

.... and a partridge in a pear tree!

and..... the Carlo Blue Crew badges that Steve (Red Yaris 54) made for us all for Bruntingthorpe - along with my clock as well!

Gonna get the vac in it tomorrow - dunno how I'm gonna fit all my JAE stuff in the boot - its almost full already and its got a bucket, blanket and petrol cannister in it so far! Plus I'm bringing my trolley suitcase and portable make-up holdall too - the make up alone won't fit in the boot!

*Hopes Mk2 Yaris has bigger boot!:lol:

 all of that in a Yaris?!? :P Did you get the kitchen sink out too? :P

I never leave anything in the Blue except from CD's in the glove compartment, sunglasses in the small one above the main glove compartment and also an atlas, torch, emergency hammer and a windscreen de-froster scraper thing for the Winter in the tray under the passenger seat! I hate things being left on show for some reason! Yet in my bedroom I'm dreadful at putting stuff away

I hoovered the carpets and mats today and cleaned the dash too so she's spotless, won't get time to do it before Saturday because of working for the next two days :(

In my car, let's see. Hmmm...

cabin: manual, Def Leppard CD, sunglasses, wet wipes, tic tacs!

boot: sprayway jacket, umbrella, first aid kit, Armorall car wipes.

That's it!

Be a different story on Saturday when I pack it for six weeks away though!

I pretty much take everything of value out of my car just in case some :censor: breaks into it, I dont want any1 making some quick cash at my expense. If some1 breaks into my car tonight the only thing they'll be able to sell is a few CDs (without boxes because they're all in a wallet thing).

It's just like a 2 fingers sort of thing to any1 that breaks in "well, you've broke into my car, I'm going to have to get the damage fixed but you're not going to make any money out of it & hopefully you've left some evidence that can help you to get caught too"

But from the sound of all the stuff you're trying to fit in you should be driving Kaori on a HGV licence!

My car has like the bare minimum in it! I also do so many break-in claims at work where people get personal property stolen and they aren't covered for it either which also puts me off a bit. Really should apply the same theory to my room lol

lol if people wish to nick my tampons then they can do - perhaps thats where all of them went, I'm sure I had some in that box! lol

I dont leave anything of any value in my car, that includes CD's, coats etc just in case but obviously the carrier bags have started to breed which is disturbing....:lol:
