Having Prooblem With My Gearbox

Hi all, I'm a starlet(EP70) driver live in singapore. currently, I had mod my car from 1E to 3E. gearbox using 1E with lsd. the problem is, Why on 1st gear when i rev over 7500rpm, i cant get into 2nd gear? is there any solution to solve this problem? :help:

If you can upshift into 2nd gear when driving normally (changing gear at 4000rpm) and the gearbox oil is clean and the correct level, there is a chance that the 1st - 2nd gear synchro hub/baulk rings/slippers are worn giving you a mis-shift.
