I just drooled so much I've annoyed Alfie, who was happily sleeping on my lap watching TV until I gave him a saliva shower!

I can see Richard Hammonds legs and everything! :D :D

I really was testing the camera Ian, its a new camera and I didnt know how to work it and it just so happened that RH was on the telly!

And then I showed Rich the photos that I'd took, most of them were of either my computer desk of Alfie - there was only like 2 of Richard Hammond on the telly!:lol:

anyway - moving swiftly on.....

Did anyone else find the program dissapointing - the other 'should I worry' programs tended to reach a conclusion, whereas this on just told us what we already knew - that 50 years ago there were no gyms because people had more active lifestyles...

But it didnt say whether now, with our sedentry lifestyles what was best - sure if we can walk 10,000 steps a day that will help - but surely running 10,000 steps at the gym is as good (if not better)????

I find gyms hilarous, instead of DRIVING to the gym, take a nice long run to the gym, run round outside it for 10 laps, run back home, and youll have done the same amount of excerise

ahh, but theres more to the gym than running machines Matt...

after all - its not quite so easy to get a boat and go for an athletic row ;)

I see your point, and i do agree somewhat, but i can also see why people use the gym - it allows them to exercise in relative comfort (and you can even watch TV while you do it)
