Hi all I've got a corolla gls 51 plate 2001. when i change to 3rd gear it's abit hard to go in!!! any 1 know why?????

my mate had the same thing on his corolla, everytime he changed gear, especially from higher gear to 3rd gear!! :!Removed!:
