Back From The Dyno

Took the car for an hour and a half drive up north today for a power run on the Dyno. The result was a pleasant surprise............196.8 Kw's at the wheels on 16 psi (so for you UK lot that's 263.8 BHP). The nice part is I only have a cat-back exhaust (so still running the factory downpipe & cat) and an intake. Otherwise stock with 3 odd psi over factory :P

Another nice surprise was the factory ecu seemed to cope with everything no problem, just a tad lean at one point but not dangerous & easily corrected.

Bring on the DP, Intercooler, Fuel pressure regulator, & a couple more PSI

That sounds very good mate!.. What torque figure did you come out with?

I hit 252bhp and 275 ft/lb torque at 15.5Psi.. with only an induction kit.

Great to have a standard dyno to start from before modding.. congrats! B)

You must be well chuffed mate. boost performance from increasing the boost and a performance exhaust Fair play mate.

Mine is going to be setup soon, I wonder what sort of power ill be looking at ?

(Specs in sig, hopefully running about 1.0-1.1 bar boost)

I reakon on 1.1 you could pull between 170-190 kw's, depending on what type fuel etc. your running :)
