Yaris Service Indicator

I need to know how to reset the service light on my yaris.

Before resetting the "Service " light (I assume you mean the Yellow light with the engine block) it would be a good idea to know what caused it to come on.

It could be many reasons......best to get it checked out a.s.a.p.

Take out the EFI Fuse for approx 1 minute, it's located in the engine compartment fuse box. The exact location is marked on the lid of the fusebox

(BTW that was Yves who told me that before anyone says anything ;))

I agree - cars not happy if it says it wants to be serviced and it doesnt!

yaris's dont have a service indicator. They have various lights which mean something is f^£ked. Or am i missing something????

If something has come on then it needs to be checked out!

That light is a Warning light - Take your car to a GOOD garage (not some backstreet hole) and get them to check it out, or even Mr T himself if you have a large wallet - Though they would be able to tell you what's wrong better than anyone else!
