2001 4runner Keyless Entry Programming, Rear Windo

My friend has a 2001 4runner..

He bought the SUV Used and he didn't get remote.. Anyways He says with a remote u can make the rear window go DOWN Thats so TIGHT!!

He bought a Remote off of eBay that was originally for a 2000 4runner, Anyways I read the RS3200 Instructions, And I hope they work, But if the Lock and Unlock Works, will the rear window go down to with the bottom button..
