Right then, here's my update for the night out;

I have provisionally got a week off work in November (from 3rd to 10th), which is quite nice as Fat Mamas is closing for the winter at the end of november

Have been sourcing some flights back to the UK for the 3rd, and so far have found only 1 that is really any decent. I need to fly to Gatwick ideally, as i'll be spending most of my time in Folkestone with my Dad.

As for the 5th, the cheapest flights I (sorry, Chris) can find to Manchester from Gatwick are 57 quid (on Jet2). I have had Trains and Coaches mentioned, but i'm impatient and 1 hour on the plane is better than 4 hours on a coach or 3hr 45mins on a train.

You can put me down as an almost definate now, but provisonally add me another 2 places, as my mate at uni in Manchester is interested in coming, as is one of my mates who'll be in Birmingham uni by the time i get back.

Oh, and what are the portions like at this restaurant? It's only that i'm used to massive portions at my restaurant, and don't want to be moaning all night that I didn't get enough food...

had a little discution yesterday at the bubble with a few of the attendees for the night out. and we thought it would be a good idea to go for a sunday lunch after the night out. This will be a pub about a 20 min drive from the centre of manchester. Infact its my local :P but they do good grub. And rob aka dicey2 works there :P

so if anyone wants to come along and u feel like eating after the night before :P ur all welcome

just spoken to the hotel about booking the room. they will take credit card details off you to guarantee the booking then u just pay the full amount when u arrive
