i bought a new rav from rayleigh toyota in may and p/x the grand cherokee. they did the plate transfer and i asked for the remaing tax disc so i could cash it in. i send of the disc and get a letter back from dvl, wrong tax disc, i have words with dealer and they say they gave me the right disc (so how did i get the wrong one?) now i am £82:50 out of pocket. dealer will not return my calls, i write and all i get is fobbed of. nice to have service until they get your money then you dont matter. principal a stack here, not the money.

Go see them. You'll get more joy if you're in the showroom discussing it. I'm sure they would give you 80 notes just to get rid of you.
