Can anyone help please?

I have a 97 R reg Lucida Emina G Lux with Captains seats IRS and ABS. On one spares link this model was excluded! Why?

Another post mentioned the Emina was a 4 wheel Drive? Is mine? How do I tell? Is that why I get crap MPG (30 mpg on average with frugal 60mph cruising)?

I am seriously thinking of trading it in for a Campervan, there is an import dealer round the corner with a Hiace conversion and less miles! Any thoughts?

I decided to keep the Lucida for now, but I am still wondering exactly what I have bought! There must be some worldly wise Lucida Buff out there who knows the difference between an Emina G Lux and other models? Someone help please!

30 MPG is not out of palce for these models, as they wrigh 1.8 ton and have just over 100 bhp, they are not direct injected and automatic, which doens't help matters.

For the precise model, look at the VIN plate. take the first digits and stick it in a search engine. there should also be a 5 letter code attached. Like mine is GX81-ATPQK, the gx81 bit is for the model range i.e, Mark II/ cresta/ ...another cant remember the name.

the atpqk gives the precise model, this might be a bit harder to find though, allthough there are some helpfull lucide estima sites out there.
