Fitting An Alarm

Can anyone suggest a guide to fitting an alarm system? (ie- which wires are where, and suggestions on how to harness it all together)

also, would like to be able to locate a power source as my alarm system has an aux 12v momentary output which i would like to use for remote engine start.

The alram system is an american Barracude, but electrics are all similar to any other standard alarm system

hi, for the power source use the Battery if the alarm has an inline fuse.

use the body of the car as the earth.

you will need to cut the nipple or remove the gromit to pass the wires through.

if have total closure you can access the wire near the drivers side footwell (its neg trigger)
