At the above link there is an FSE power Boost Valve for a 1.8ST Celica.

I expect it is a piece of crap and pointless getting, but can anyone tell me what it is supposed to do and if it would actually do anything? I am 99.99999% sure it won't else everyone would be getting one and recommending everyone else to do the same!

And the second thing, it says it will fit the:

1.8ST 1994-1999 and the...

1.8 16v 7SGE 1995-1997

Is there a 1.8 7SGE??? and isn't the standard one 16V anyway??

It allows you to adjust your fuel pressure. Completely pointless unless your engine is modified in other ways, and even if it is, the last thing you want to do is risk killing it with an adjustable FPR.

Don't bother with it. They are the most backwards, pointless mods for a fuel injected car. Without a fuel pressure gauge installed as well, you will be in the dark about what is going on with fueling. By the time you've done all that, you would have been far better off spending your money on an emanage instead.

The best FPRs for roadgoing Toyota engines are made by Toyota.

I don't think the 7s-fe exists either.

I havent heard of a 7s-ge or a 7s-fe but i have heard of a 7e-fe which i think is probably what its trying to get at, which i know is in the celica SR

it is the 7A-FE which is in all UK Celica 1.8's, but this topic is a couple of years old ;)
