oh sorry, the lights I mean are the ones on the wing, the little eye shaped ones.

Has anyone changed them, I got the little unit of the car but jst couldn't open it.

I've cracked one of them trying to open it.

Any Ideas.

sealed units ;) youll have to literally unbond the lens from the base and then remove the cap and somehow fit a clear bulb

HAMMER them off :bash:

The removal of the side repeaters is easy its just getting into the bulb as it's a sealed unit.

Can you not just replace the whole unit? Dunno if you can buy exact replacement ones but a set of universal ones?

any other lens looks naff if you ask me, look where the swage line down the flanks of the car finishes.... right at the end of the repeater, which also sits on a flat section of the wing

changing them just exposes this and ends up looking ghey, perhaps i should look into some R&D of proper clear repeaters :P :D

R&D?????

I have the bulbs I just can't get into the unit. or know if they use the standard repeater bulbs.

Should I try to place them into the oven to losen the seal/bond?

I've just ordered A set of new Side Repeaters (what i call indicators)

£28.00

As mine are moldy anyways. I can experiment with my old ones now.

I'll let you know how it goes.

Bugger.

Was planning on changing front, rear and side indicators for silver bulbs, just did a quick search to find out if the bulbs are offset or opposite pins and found this disheartening thread!!!

I'm sure from looking at them there is no orange plastic in there it just looks like reflections from the orange of the bulb - can't the rears at least be changed to silver bulbs without using a oven!!!
