Does anyone know how hard it is to fit a supra spoiler to an ST202? Not going to be doing it myself, would be going in body shop, but is it a big job? seen a couple of Gen 6's with them on, but wasnt wanting to buy it then spend a fortune on getting it fitted etc...any help is great

Cheers

Martin

Don't think a Supra spoiler would fit. Too wide. You can get Supra style spoilers for the 202 and they fit just fine as far as I am aware

Hi,

It's quite simple. You will want a spoiler from a pre-facelift model (<1996) to which you will need to fiit GT4 Raiser Blocks. That is unless you already have the pre-face lift model. The pre-facelift spoiler is attached at each end to the boot only, the face lift version also has a third piller in the center.

If you have a face lift model you will either have to fill the holes left when removing your current spoiler or alternativly get hold of the entire pre-facelift boot & spoiler and fit the lot.

Esentially the raiser blocks fit under the feet of the spoiler to lift it away from the boot giving you that high supra style spoiler.

Hope this helps,

Andrew

I have one on mine.

I did not fit it myself but it looks like it was a stright fit in to the old standard spoiler holes, can't see any unsightly drill holes etc. But this was one made for the celica and not off a supra, so not sure the supra one would fit correctly.

Sorry mate this was one of the modifications to my car which I did not fit myself. The guy who owned the car before me brought and fitted it, I seem to remember he said he brought it over the internet somewhere based in Germany.

I think he was telling me the truth as it is slightly lower than most of the other supra style spoilers I have seen and it has a brake light built in to it. take a look:

I have a sneeking suspision that mine is the Erebuni 291 as they look the same and is the only one I have ever seen with the boot brake light so it must be the same one. Hope that helps you fella.

You're probably looking at about 300 quid before painting for raiser blocks.

check the Fensport website.
