Helleo,I have the old shape avensis 2.0 d4d 2001 it has done 45,000 miles. The problem i have is when started the engine it shakes a little when stood but when i press the acelerator its fine the shakes go away. The idle is at the right piont just below 1 on rev counter.0

I got the fuel cleaner to clean the injectors changed the air filter and oil/filter change etc but still no difference on the shaking.Please can anyone help.Thank you0
