Electrical Problems

ive recently swapped my engine over for a lower mileage engine, ever since doing so i cannot get a spark. i have tried changing the coil, distributer, box which sits above the coil, relays, Battery ,leads and plugs,aaaaaahhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!...... :censor: it does have an immobiliser but this usually stops the starter motor, please help i have no car anymore

If you know the engines been fitted properly then it could be a earth somewhere. Nasty to locate at times, and I can't really help you on points to look for!

I say it sounds like an earth issue aswell !

is the block strapped to the car with an earth strap ?

#i wired it back as it was but ill add a strap and see if it solves the problem....many thanks for your help
